rehmannia 8 health concerns

Supports the Release of Muscle QI and Stops Spasms.

SPZM is an apt name for this modern formula, which is an expansion of the old formula. It adds Magnesium to the formula. If you are already taking magnesium supplements, you may want to consider taking SHAO YAO GAN CAO WAN instead. Both support the release of excess QI from the muscles (relieve muscle spasms). The Health Concerns version is a hybrid formula combining Chinese herbs with Calcium and Magnesium (also known to relieve muscle spasms).

Caution is also advised to those already taking calcium and magnesium, as using this formula will add to your intake.

Self-diagnosis and treatment aren't recommended for chronic, recurring, or serious conditions. To insure the best outcome for yourself and minimize the chance of side effects, it's best to Apply for a TeleVisit or Online Consultation.
