• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping date.
• 100% refund on all unopened and re-sellable returns.
• No refunds on custom-made formulas, special orders, opened, or damaged products.
• Refunds are for product costs only unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will also reimburse your shipping costs. 
• If you received the wrong product, or your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please e-mail us immediately to sales@shenclinic.com and specify ‘error noted or suspected’ in the subject line.
• Returns must include either the packing slip, order number, or full name and date ordered.
• Refunds are made only to the credit card or other payment method used to place the order.
