Practitioner Discounts
Discounts are available for licensed practitioners, students of Traditional Chinese Medicine, health care providers, and health product resellers.
Send proof of practitioner, TCM student, or reseller status to sales@shenclinic.com. Or, attach a copy of a resale tax document, professional certification, or link to your professional website.
Once approved,
- Most discounts are from 15% - 40% with higher discounts of 50% - 75% on discontinued or out-of-date items.
- Orders are paid in advance by either practitioner or patient. Provide the email address of the paying party so we can email the invoice. For faster order turnout, call (510) 848-4372 ex.2 to provide your payment information.
- Discounts are subject to change without notice.

When ordering custom herb formulas, please:
- Email your order or custom formula to sales@shenclinic.com
- Include patient name and contact information such as e-mail, phone number, and mailing address for drop ships.
- Tell us who will be paying and who is picking up or receiving shipment. Our dispensary is located in the Northern California.
- Indicate granules (powdered herb extracts) or whole (bulk) herbs.
- The weight in grams and/or number of bags of whole herbs.
- List each herb and formula names in Pinyin
- Include gram quantities for each herb.
- Include dosage instructions unless you communicate directly with the patient.
