Discounts 

Discounts are available for licensed practitioners, TCM students, and health product re-sellers.

Send proof of practitioner, student, or re-seller status to sales@shenclinic.com. Or, attach a copy of a resale tax document,  professional certification, or link to your professional website. 

We'll respond within 48 hours.  Once approved,

• Most discounts are from 15% - 40% with higher discounts of 50% - 75% on discontinued or out-of-date items.
• Orders are paid in-advance by either practitioner or patient. Credit cards are acceptable.
• Practitioners with cc#'s on file with us receive discounts on granulated herb formulas, Dr. Shen products, and other professional brands. Discounts are subject to change without notice.*
• Registered practitioners get support. Email your herb or product questions to questions@shenclinic,com

When Ordering Custom Herb Formulas, please

1. Email your order or custom formula to sales@shenclinic.com
2. Include patient name and contact information such as e-mail,  phone number, and mailing address for drop ships.
3. Tell us who will paying and who is picking up or receiving shipment. 

• Indicate Granules or Whole Herbs
• The Number of Bags or Bottles.
• List Each Herb and Formula names in Pinyin
• Include gram quantities for each herb.
• Include dosage instructions.
