How to Dose and Prepare QI QIAO SHOU GONG WAN
Granules: 2-4 grams, taken 2-3 times a day, best on an empty stomach. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
Whole Herbs: Grind the ingredients into a powder, mix with honey for pills the size of a green bean. Take 1 pill three times a day. Take more depending on the severity.
