How to Dose and Administer HAN HUA DING
- Grind the ingredients except the sugars, (Bai Tang, Hong Tang and Yi Tang) into a fine powder. Decoct with the sugars and form into sweet lozenges. 9g are to be taken perilingually twice daily.
Granules: 2-4 grams, taken 2-3 times a day, best on an empty stomach. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
Whole Herbs: Grind the ingredients except the sugars, (Bai Tang, Hong Tang and Yi Tang) into a fine powder. Decoct with the sugars and form into sweet lozenges. 9g are to be taken sublingually twice daily.
