Fu Tu Dan Dosage

Granules:

There are many factors that determine the correct dose, but for most granulated herbs, the therapeutic dose is between 4-16 grams per day (taken in 2-4 doses). (You may have received a 1-gram spoon)

Dissolve the powder in any amount of liquid, and drink.

If you are self-prescribing, it is very much in your best interest to consult with us to determine the exact dose.

Whole Herbs: Using a container made of ceramic, glass, or stainless steel (no aluminum, iron or copper) boil 1 packet of herbs in 2-quarts of water or until 2 cups of medicine remain.

Strain herbs; save and refrigerate for a second boiling. Drink 1 cup in the AM. And 1 cup in the PM. If desired, repeat the following day, using the saved herbs from the refrigerator.
