How to Use DAI XIA QUAN XI QI
Whole Herbs:
- Cook 100 grams of the above ingredients in 1 quart of water for 30 minutes until 2 cups remain. Strain the dregs and save the liquid. Add the vinegar. Use twice a day as either a douche or wash.
