Calm Spirit is a Chinese herbal formula appropriate for those with stress or mood related difficulties, such as difficulty sleeping, anxious, or angry, or having a cantankerous disposition - when these difficulties are related to a deficiency of Heart YIN or Heart Blood.

CALM SPIRIT's Modern Ingredients
