BAI ZHI YOU Dosage
Using a container made of ceramic, glass, or stainless steel (no aluminum, iron or copper), decoct in 2 pints (500ml) of water until half remains. Add 1 tsp honey and boil another five minutes. Drain the dregs and store the decoction in the refrigerator in a glass container. Apply twice a day and add 1/2 tsp ginger juice before applying.
