How to Dose and Prepare SANG MA WAN
Granules: 2-4 grams, taken 2-3 times a day, best on an empty stomach. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
Whole Herbs: Make into 9g pills and take one pill twice a day. Take with salted water in the morning and wine in the evening.
