What's Is CHUAN XIN LIAN PIAN Used for? *

These herbs are used for a wide range of viral and bacterial infections, such as tonsillitis, herpes simplex/zoster, measles, chicken pox, bacterial dysentery, boils, acute gastroenteritis, urinary tract infection, and skin/ear/gum infections.

• As an effective remedy for common cold or influenza, take together with GAN MAO LING.
• If used for hepatitis, combine with LONG DAN XIE GAN WAN.

Safety and Side Effects of the Principle Herb, Andrographis (CHUAN XIN LIAN PIAN)

• The American Herbal Products Association gives andrographis a class 2B rating, meaning that it should not be taken by pregnant women or used when breastfeeding.
• Avoid prolonged use, for it may lead to epigastric pain and diminished digestive function.

CHUAN XIN LIAN PIAN Dosage

Andrografix™ (Guang Ci Tang): 5 tablets  2 to 3 times daily.

Compound Chuan Xin Lian Tabletb 4 tablets, 3 times a day
