Herbs to Discourage Yeast Infection

Yeast, like all fungi, need a damp environment to thrive. That's why you'll find many fungi (mushrooms) growing in a damp and shaded forest, but you'll find none in the desert.  According to TCM, yeast infection is not a disease in itself, but rather a sign of Internal Damp. Killing yeast will not eliminate the infection, unless the dampness is also normalized.
