Zhi Ban Xia CONTRAINDICATIONS
  • Use caution for those with dry cough due to Yin Deficiency or Body Fluid Deficiency.
  • Use caution for those with hemoptysis or sore throat due to Fire.
  • Use caution for those with headache due to Blood Deficiency.
  • Use caution in all cases with Heat.
  • Use caution for those with wheezing due to Qi Deficiency.
  • Use caution for those with insomnia due to Heart channel Blood Deficiency.
  • Use caution during pregnancy.
  • The fresh herb is toxic and should be used only for external application.
Zhi Ban Xia INCOMPATIBILITIES
  • Incompatible with any form of Rx. Aconite.
  • Counteracts Sargassum (Hai Zao).
  • Counteracts Maltose (Yi Tang).
