Long ago, old Mr. He became lost in the forest. Years later, those who found him were astonished. The old man’s hair had turned from white to black. In order to sustain himself, he lived on the root of the common wild vine: Polygoni Multiflori. Today, this herb bears his name HE SHOU WU 何首烏 (Old Mr. He).
He Shou Wu Today: Dr. Shen’s Shou Wu Pills for the Hair
Modern day doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine use this herb to Strengthen the Blood and JING in order to slow down aging and benefit the hair. Dr. Shen’s export grade (the highest) Shou Wu is aged and steamed for added potency.
HE SHOU WU (90%). Small amounts (5%) of premium Poria are added to enhance absorption. CHUAN XIONG (5%) is added to invigorate the HE SHOU WU and direct the action of the formula upward to the head.

Suggested Dosage:
For adults, 3 tablets, 3-4 times a day; or as prescribed by your practitioner. Course of use is one month, or longer.
