SHEN LING BAI ZHU is from the Imperial Grace Formulary of the TAI PING area.  

SHEN LING BAI ZHU SAN is used to Tonify the Spleen QI and Dry Damp resulting from Spleen QI deficiency. Most often this dampness is indicated by fatigue, loose stool or diarrhea, and on occasion, excess salivation. Variations are made by many different manufacturers.  You'll find a version in virtually any Chinese herb store.  

The chief herb in the formula is Atractylodes BAI ZHU, which strongly bolsters the QI and dries internal damp.

 

This product is labeled SHEN LING, suggesting a powder, but in fact, these are capsules.

SHEN LING BAI ZHU WAN or PIAN = tablets
SHEN LING BAI ZHU TANG = decoction
SHEN LING BAI ZHU SHUI = tincture (liquid)

Contraindicated during cold, flu, or other acute respiratory condition. These herbs have a gently binding nature. If constipation occurs, reduce dosage.
