How to Dose and Administer QI LI SAN
Granules Taken Internally: 2-4 grams, mixed with yellow wine or water, 2-3 times a day. Best on an empty stomach. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
Granules Used Externally: Mix granules with yellow wine or water, and apply to the affected area.
Whole Herbs: Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with yellow wine and apply to the affected area.
