BAI ZI YANG XIN WAN Dosage

Whole herbs: boil 30-50 grams in 4 cups of water. Reduce to 2 cups, Drink 1 in am and the other in PM.

Powdered extract: dissolve 2-4 grams in water, drink two to three times a day

Pills: 8 pills, 3x a day, or as prescribed.

Biota orientalis seed - BAI ZI REN - 20%

Lycium chinense fruit, GOU QI ZI - 15%

Scrophularia ningpoensis root, XUAN SHEN - 10%

Rehmannia glutinosa root-prep, SHU DI HUANG - 10%

Ophiopogon japonicus tuber, MAI MEN DONG - 5%

Angelica sinensis root, DANG GUI - 5%

Poria cocos fungus, FU SHEN - 5%

Acorus gramineus rhizome, SHI CHANG PU - 5%

Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, GAN CAO - 25%
