How to Dose and Administer XIE QING WAN
Granules: 2-4 grams, taken 2-3 times a day, best on an empty stomach. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
Whole Herbs: Grind all the herbs except Dan Zhu Ye into powder, add water to form pills. Take the pills with decoction of Dan Zhu Ye. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
