Side Effects and Safety of BAI HU TANG

  • AVOID in cases of Stomach and Spleen deficiency with symptoms OF LOOSE STOOL
  • AVOID during cold, flu, or other exterior illness

Shi Gao is a very cold herb which can be replaced by Shi Hu to avoid damaging the Yang Qi. BAI HU SAN is used ONLY in cases of excess heat NEVER with deficiency heat.
