Nuphar 14 is derived from Bupleurum and Peony Combination (JIA WEI XIAO YAO SAN). This version includes XIANG FU cyperus, and ZHI SHI to assist in clearing heat. It also includes DAN SHEN salvia, NIU XI achyranthes, and CHUAN QIONG cnidium, all for moving blood.
CHUAN GU nuphar, the chief herb, is a folk remedy used in Japan to "cool the blood of nervous women". A close relative of lotus OU JIE, it is reputed to support the treatment of emotional disorders, and also harmonize the Stomach/Spleen. SHENG JIANG Ginger and GAN CAO licorice reinforce this, and also aid in digesting the whole formula.- optimizing its effect.

Nuphar 14 Serving Size
2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day, or as prescribed.
Like most herbal tablets, these work best when taken on an empty stomach, that is, a half hour before meals or an hour, or more, after meals.
