Huperzine A Herbal Supplement

Huperzine A has been widely used in China to treat people with Alzheimer's disease (AD), as well as other kinds of dementia, as safer and potentially more effective alternative than current drugs used to treat AD.

Huperzine A may reduce injury to cells from strokes, epilepsy, and other disorders. It is being clinically used for treatment of myasthenia gravis in China.

Studies suggest that the other ingredient, Vinpocetine also may help cognitive function, as it appears to support blood circulation in the brain, improves oxigen utilization, increases glucose metabolism in the brain, and inhibits platelet aggregation.
