Schisandra (WU WEI ZI) is a very versatile herb. Among its many virtues is its ability to Calm the Spirit. Health Concerns Schisandra Dreams combines Schisandra with Valerian and California Poppy, herbs that are not normally used in Chinese medicine, but are known to provoke sleepiness.
Thus Schisandra Dreams can be used to make a person sleepy, making this formula most suitable for short term sleep problems
Take Shizandra Dreams as needed at bedtime and later, if you are up at night. Valerian can make you sleepy, so this formula may not be appropriate for daytime use.

3 capsules, 1 hour before sleeping. If you need more, take 1 or 2 additional capsules at bedtime and/or after waking up during the night.

- Schisandra Dreams can make you drowsy, so don't drive or do anything that requires your full attention while using it.
- Do NOT use it during pregnancy.
