How to Make Your Own Elixir
You Will Receive A Pre-Packaged Formula of the Finest Chinese Herbs
Instructions:
- Cover 4 ounces of whole herbs with 16 oz. drinking alcohol. Traditionally rice wine is used, but any drinking alcohol of your choice will work.
- Place container in a shaded cool place for at least 1 week, and stir or gently shake it once daily.
- Strain and Drink 1 ounce daily, or as prescribed
You can choose to not strain the herbs and rather leave them soaking.
To make a stronger or weaker beverage, vary the amount of alcohol, and/or vary the soaking time. Some elixirs can soak for months
