The herbs used in Millettia 9 are mainly tonic in nature and may be taken by most people. Only the SHU DI HUANG can be difficult to digest. The formula contains MU XIANG to move any stagnations created by the SHU DI, so the formula will likely be OK for Spleen Deficient individuals.

Millettia 9 Serving Size
2-3 tablets, 3 times per day, or as prescribed.
Best taken on an empty stomach. Difficult cases may require a larger serving. In these cases, or in the initial phase of treatment, the dosage can be increased and later reduced after results are apparent. The formula is usually taken for several months at a time.
