How to Use YU LU SAN
Ointment: Grind any amount of the herb into a fine powder. Mix with sesame oil to form a paste and apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily.
Tincture: Cover herbs with 50% alcohol in a covered glass container. Soak for at lest 24 hours.. Apply topically. Not for internal use. Do Not Drink.
Decoction: Boil contents of 100 grams in 2 quarts of water in a non-alluminum pot for 30 minutes and reduce to 2 cups of liquid. Use as a soak or topical poultice,
