How to Use RUN JI GAO
- Mix powder with warm, boiled water, sesame oil, or beeswax and apply.
- Heat the herbs and sesame oil in a nonmetallic saucepan until the herbs turn brown. Filter the dregs, add the beeswax and reheat until the wax is dissolved. Pour into an amber glass bottle with an airtight lid and allow to congeal. Apply 2-3 times daily. Or
- Decoct herbs and apply as a soak.
