DAI ZONG FANG Dosage
Granules: Take as directed by your healthcare provider
Whole Herbs: Using a container made of ceramic, glass, or stainless steel (no aluminum, iron or copper) pre-boil any shells, stones, or minerals for 30 minutes in 2-4 liters of water. Adjust lid to keep too much water from evaporating.
Reduce to about 1-2 liters, then add the remaining herbs and boil for another 20-40 minutes or until 2 cups of medicine remain.
Strain herbs; save and refrigerate dregs for a second boiling. Drink 1 cup in the AM. And 1 cup in the PM. If desired, repeat the following day, using the saved herbs from the refrigerator.
