How to Dose and Prepare MA HUANG XI
Granules: Dissolve the granules in warm water and wash the affected area. Avoid Wind-Chill. Or as prescribed by your practitioner.
Whole Herbs: Crush the ingredients before decocting in water. Remove the dregs and wash the area while hot. Avoid Wind-Chill.
