LIVER DETOX POWDER #1 - Traditional Chinese Medicine for Liver Detoxification

Research from TCM clinics in the United States suggest that TCM therapy might help to influence the progression of hepatitis C. The protocol tested was developed at San Francisco General Hospital. Hepatoplex One and Hepatoplex Two, were included in this study.

Hepatoplex One is used early on, when liver enzymes are elevated. 

Hepatoplex One is often used together with herbs that protect the Spleen and Stomach, as the formula contains several herbs that could tax digestion. 

One constituent in Hepatoplex One, is schizandra (WU WEI ZI), contains plant lignans, which are antioxidants that may protect liver cells from free radical damage.
