According to TCM theory, Qi makes the blood, but blood is mother to the Qi.
The chief ingredient is Wu Ji (dark-boned and dark-skinned chicken). This herb nourishes both yin and blood, tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, and strengthen Spleen.
