JIA WEI XIAO YAO WAN - GUANG CI TANG brand | ON SALE FOR LIMITED TIME!
According to TCM, depression, anxiety, mood swings, and many other 'mental' problems arise out of physical conditions as much as they do from the mental stresses of life. Many of these so-called 'mental diseases' are actually aberrations of QI (energy), and since energy is indisputably physical in nature, these are actually physical problems, and thus solvable by physical means, such as herbal medicine.
Since the 11th century, the formula XIAO YAO WAN (Free and Easy Pills) have been the go to remedy that addresses the underlying cause of these 'mental' diseases, Liver Qi Stagnation (LQS)
The term "Liver QI" actually refers to the QI of the chest and "Upper Jiao". When Liver Qi is constrained due to emotion, or reaction to perceived loss, signs and symptoms appear that are usually diagnosed as depression, anxiety, or insomnia by modern physicians.
Free & Easy Wanderer (JIA WEI XIAO YAO WAN) is a 19th century adaptation of the classic XIAO YAO WAN. By adding MU DAN PI, Paeonia suffruticosa root-bark and ZHI ZI, Gardenia jasminoides fruit - gardenia, the formula is extended to "Clear Heat', thus helping relieve symptoms of anxiety and restlessness and irritability.
